What we do

Interior Services

Process

  • Surface repair
  • Patching of indentations
  • Sanding of patches and all surfaces, including 80 and 150 grit pole sanding on the walls
  • Cleaning and/or degreasing, as needed
  • HEPA filter vacuuming of all areas being serviced
  • Microfiber wiping of all surfaces
  • Caulking of all cracks, joints, and seams
  • Priming of patched areas and/or dark surfaces changing to a light color
  • Painting (2 finish coats)
  • Free touch-ups for 1 year


Process

  • Clean cabinets using degreaser
  • Sand using 100, 220, and 320 grit in between coats
  • HEPA vacuuming
  • Microfiber wiping
  • Caulk cracks and seams
  • Apply primer (2 coats)
  • Apply 2 finish coats using a spray system or brush and roll
  • Paint exposed basement ceilings
  • Wallpaper removal

Process

  • Treatment of mold, mildew, and algae on all surfaces to be serviced (includes gutters and downspouts) using 100% biodegradable solution (safe for plants)
  • Power washing of all surfaces
  • Scraping off of all chipping or peeling paint
  • Sanding, as needed
  • Caulking, as needed
  • Priming, as needed
  • Painting/Staining (number of applications varies)


Process

  • Treatment of mold, mildew, and algae on all surfaces to be serviced using 100% biodegradable solution (safe for plants)
  • Board replacement
  • Power washing of all surfaces
  • Scraping of all chipping or peeling paint
  • Secure protruding fasteners
  • Sanding of all horizontal surfaces like floors, steps/stairs, and handrails
  • Painting/Staining (number of applications varies)
  • 1 year guarantee (deck floors)
  • Power washing
